TERMS OF USE

The terms of the reading.

What TarotSeeker is, what Adept includes, and what we ask of each other.

Last updated 5 October 2026

This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Digitus Impudicus Limited (“we”, “us”), which operates TarotSeeker: the iPhone app, the website at tarotseeker.ai and the reading service behind them. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use TarotSeeker.

What TarotSeeker is, and is not

TarotSeeker is a reading companion for reflection. It interprets the cards you draw or enter, using a traditional method and an AI model, and offers you starting points to think with.

It does not predict the future, and its readings are not facts about you, other people or events. They are no substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on a reading for a decision about your health, safety, money or legal position. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or a support line.

Interpretations are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuited to your situation, and the same cards may be read differently each time. You decide what, if anything, a reading means for you.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One person per account; please give accurate details.

Seeker and Adept

Seeker is free and includes one reading a month with the smaller spreads. Adept is a subscription that opens every spread, more readings and follow-ups, and the Adept guides, within the fair-use limits shown in the app.

  • Adept costs US$9.99 a month or US$69.99 a year, or the local price the App Store shows you before you confirm. There is no free trial.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Adept stays open until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Purchases made through Apple are handled under Apple’s terms, including refunds, which you request from Apple.

If we change the price of Adept, Apple will tell you in advance, and the new price applies only from your next renewal after you have been told.

Using it well

TarotSeeker is for questions you want to reflect on through the cards. Please do not:

  • use it to harass, threaten, deceive or harm anyone, or to make claims about a real person presented as fact;
  • enter other people’s identifying details without their permission;
  • try to make the service produce content outside its purpose, or to get around its safety checks or limits;
  • access it by automated means, overload it, copy it, or reverse engineer it;
  • resell or redistribute the readings, the deck or the service.

Repeated requests outside the service’s purpose may pause readings for the rest of the day. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Your content and ours

Your questions, notes and journal remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as our privacy policy describes. When you share a reading as a link, anyone with that link can see what you chose to share until you revoke it.

The Gilded Garden deck, its artwork, the card meanings, the interpretation method, the app and the website belong to us or our licensors. You may use the readings you receive for your own personal reflection and share them through the app’s sharing features; please do not reproduce the deck artwork or the meanings otherwise.

Changes and availability

We are improving TarotSeeker continually and may add, change or withdraw features. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we ever close the service, we will give you reasonable notice and stop renewals of Adept before it closes.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using TarotSeeker at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@tarotseeker.ai. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings first.

Our responsibility to you

We provide TarotSeeker with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, it is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take on the basis of a reading.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Adept in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you use the iPhone app

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claim relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims; we are, to the extent these terms say so. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation for it. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW], and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for a material change, tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you continue to use TarotSeeker after that, the updated terms apply.
